The second phase of Aadhaar enrolment in Karnataka will start from the month of October. The news was declared by UIDAI chief Mr. Nandan Nilekani after a meeting with Mr. Jagadish Shettar, CM of Karnataka. The second phase of Aadhaar enrolment will commence in 21 districts of the state with an estimation of covering about 39 million residents. The enrolment phase 2 is expected to be completed by March next year. About 14 million people have already enrolled for their UID Aadhaar number in the first phase of enrolment in the state which is about 23% of the state’s population.

Karnataka is at the third number in the list of all the states according to the number of Aadhaar enrolments done in the whole country. While Andhra Pradesh being the state with the most number of Aadhaar enrolments, following it is Maharashtra which is at the second spot in the list. Talking about the district wise enrolment in the state, Mysore leads the list with most number of Aadhaar enrolments followed by Tumkur and Bangalore which are at the second and third position in the district wise list. A step to begin a trial project in Tumkur and Mysore has also been taken. 2. Sir,
Trying to book an online appointment for the last four days but not able to do so because you have not provided that facility to Bangaloreans. We are also working and we do not get time to stand in a queue simply it is a waste of time.
Most of the cities in India are included in online appointment form but not Bangalore.
How can i register on line appointment for aadhar card ? and if you provide the online registration It would be easier to working people and students.
    With Regards,
