Petroleum Ministry also clarified that the subsidy amount of LPG will be transferred into the Aadhaar linked bank account of the beneficiary. Now huge crowd can be seen at the enrolment centres in Delhi. According to the Revenue Department officials there are 100 enrollment centres in Delhi. Seeing the masses at the centre the department has decided to increase the number of machines at the centres.
The problems of people seem to be in no mood to get away in Patiala, Punjab. Earlier the enrolment was being done at Block-A of Mini Secretariat where it takes half a day to find the room where the enrolment was going on due to which it was shifted to support centre. But there also people had to waste their full day wandering for Aadhaar enrolment.
In Hyderabad 14 new enrolment centres will be setup in order to complete the enrolment process as early as possible seeing the new 15 March deadline for Aadhaar-linked LPG subsidy for the consumers.
